ALC Spotlight On: Elizabeth Unpingco,
Fall 2016: Atonement Lutheran Church Musical Director 2020: Bear Creek High School Musical
Ever since Elizabeth was young, she knew she had a passion for teaching. Elizabeth began teaching before graduating high school when she was given an assistant choir director position at her church, where she led a group of peers and helped rehearse and conduct the band. When Elizabeth moved to Sacramento State College, she continued her teaching career in various forms including: Accepted Musical Director position at Atonement Lutheran Church
Throughout all these experiences, Elizabeth found inspiration in her students (both young and old) and it motivated her to grow as a musician. The excitement the students and choir members bring ignite Elizabeth’s love for music, and she is fulfilled to have chosen a profession that she loves as well as enriches the lives of others.
